Can TallMax actually make me taller?

TallMax helps you optimize the habits that let you reach the top of your natural height range — sleep, nutrition, activity, and posture. It cannot add height beyond your genetic potential, and it is not medical advice. Posture work can help you stand at your true full height.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → TallMax → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open TallMax, go to your profile/settings, and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to subscribe.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

Most of your data lives on your device — deleting the app (or using Reset inside the app) removes it. To request deletion of anything associated with you on our side, email ultasdevelopment@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is my chat with the AI coach private?

Coach messages are sent to our backend and to our AI provider (DeepSeek) only to generate a reply. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the chat. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
